INTRODUCING
What a Spiritual Life Coach is....
When Sarah obtained her Certified Life Coach designation in 2017, she was excited to be that person who guided others through specific areas within their life. One of her skills was being able to see into the unseen and help her client breakthrough barriers that had been holding them back. Time and time again, she saw how her clients became resilient, through their commitment to change.
Over the next few years Sarah coached many women, and her coaching style really began to shift and adapt. It is obvious that her gifts of; not only being an educator, but also her ability to use other tools such as; the Tarot, mediumship, Reiki, Yoga, and magic, all started to infiltrate her coaching sessions. It wasn’t really important for people in her sessions to be setting big goals, when they had to start with making their life whole first!
Many people find themselves in transition in life, often feeling like they are defined by the roles they fulfill. How can you set goals for the future if you are not even sure of who you are right of this moment? The roles of the masculine divine and feminine divine have been distorted over the past centennial, or perhaps longer. How do you define your roles and relationships when you are disconnected from your divine?
This is how the transformation from life coach to Spiritual Life Coach became! Through the use of all of her skills, Sarah will take you on your own journey of transformation and change. She will help you see who you are, before deciding what steps you should take. When you see your authentic self, it is easier to break through the limiting beliefs, finally allowing you to move forward! In her search for knowledge there are so many different tools Sarah has gathered over the years to improve herself. Sarah has an education & social science degree. The areas she studied included history, sociology, and psychology. Sarah’s hunger for knowledge has also taken her into horticulture and the healing arts such as Reiki, in which she is a master, and Yoga. Also, the path of learning the craft which led Sarah on an historical path finding her ancestry. The thirst for improvement led Sarah to personal development where she made huge shifts. Life coaching was the piece that has brought all Sarah’s knowledge together. This has given her the skills to help others who want to empower their lives, making the changes they so desperately want!
Her Gift
Sarah is a spiritual reader, healer, & teacher which she believes gives her an added layer of depth to help you align your mind, body, and soul. The gift is generational within the female side of Sarah’s family. As High Priestess of the Locrina Coven, established 2019, Sarah sees the magic in the mundane, bringing a versatile tool bag to the table. When Sarah went through a self-development program, the part that was missing was the spiritual aspect. She will weave this throughout your Spiritual Life Coaching sessions which adds a deeper, more connected, layer to your journey.
Entrepreneurship
Sarah made the bold decision in June 2016 to leave her teaching profession and create her own infrastructure! This has given Sarah a wealth of knowledge, in both a government structured environment, and in the process of building her own business. This hands-on experience has allowed Sarah to work through some of the biggest hurdles within her own life. This allows Sarah to come from a non-judgmental standpoint. She can help you reinvent yourself with support, teaching you the new tools you've been searching for! Sarah can help you dream bigger than you thought was ever possible!
Creating a Community
Throughout Sarah’s journey so far, her purpose has become very clear in how she is impacting women’s lives. By helping women to become empowered within their life, Sarah has watched the miraculous shift in their family’s lives too. It has become clear that there is much guidance and sacred space for the feminine divine in our society right now. Yet, where is the masculine sacred space? Sarah is determined to bring balance into our world by creating that same sacred space for men! If we create a community of masculine divine and feminine divine who love, care, and support each other, our world would be able to grow to its highest potential.
A Life of Sobriety
Sarah’s family has worked through many things together, not all of them have been easy. Alcohol addiction was one of them. When her husband stood up to his addiction, Sarah also had to stand up to her codependent behaviours and take responsibility for the role she had played throughout the years. We can only ever work on ourselves and as a part of her enlightenment journey, she too lives a life of sobriety.
Sarah shares this with you today because if you are currently going through addictions, she is here to tell you there is hope and there are people who are out there who can help. Sarah is here to help those who are ready to move to the next level in their life, and have already completed their work from their past traumas, addictions, and have healed using professionals where necessary.

I’m Sarah Tricker
When you are looking for a spiritual life coach today it seems there are more coaches for coaches. It is getting harder and harder to find coaches that are here to help you through your journey of transition into wholeness. There are many coaches out there who are still very goal oriented, but let’s be honest, you have probably read many books and already have the knowledge and know how. It can feel like you’re standing at the bottom of the mountain and you cannot see the peak from this vantage point. You cannot even see a clear path of how to get there.
I live by the practices that I teach. It is true I come from a family of healers; I am a qualified teacher, a medium, a Tarot reader, a Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, and a High Priestess. My personal journey to become my true authentic self, even here in a small town in southern Alberta, was not an easy passage. Spiritual awakening’s is not! The path is not clear, and at times you may not like what I have to say. Because I am honest and will tell you what you cannot see yourself. This allows you to find the path you have been searching for. If you trust me and allow me to guide you there is no doubt in my mind, including the results I have seen, that you will be the person you have always wanted to be. That view at the peak of the mountain is far more than you can imagine from the vantage point you are standing at now!
