I’m Sarah Tricker
When you search on the internet today there are so many courses that are available to you it can be overwhelming. How do you know which to choose? My journey has been connected to my familial gift, even though I did not always know this. Without knowing I am sure that you too have been brought here because of your gifts!
When we are born each and every one of us are connected to the other worlds. Depending on your family, cultural, and social norms most of us experience some kind of suppression of this ability. Although I grew up in a family that was open it was actually me who suppressed my gift.
I vividly remember as a child the fear that would come over me and night. Looking back I know now that these were spirit drawing close. At such a young age I had no way to control it. My mother did not have her formal training at that period of time either. So, I shut my gift down. It wasn’t really until my late twenties did I begin the process of opening again.
Each of the Academies I have created have been significant tools that have helped me on this journey. When I was a high school teacher when visiting chapters I brought my first Tarot deck. This was a significant turning point in my life. Within a year I had left my teaching career to become a full time reader. This led me to my training in both Mediumship and Reiki.
My mother and I opened a metaphysical store in our rural town. This journey we did lots of healing work on the mother wound and I was also taught everything my mother knew about Mediumship. Learning how to understand the messages fully changed the course I was on and opened a totally new path in my life. Something I wanted to share with others.
When I was guided to learn about Reiki I thought it was to help others. Something so sacred about Reiki is the personal healing I went through as I moved through each Level. This is something close to my heart and why I fondly talk about Reiki Love. In fact, many of the people who have come to me and learnt Reiki have done so as a part of their own journey more than becoming Reiki practitioners.
What is important to me is the gift of being able to use my teaching skills and guide others to be able to fully embrace the use of these esoteric tools to enlighten their lives.
